Question by littlemallory2001: A Louisiana license plate with a fleur de lis in red and like 5 red numbers following it?
wondering what this means. I passed him on the road and he followed me, then made the block and stopped in front of my house as I was getting my babies out of my truck. I’m wondering if he was a cop, firefighter, maybe a UL professor, or just some weirdo trying to intimidate me. I tried to look it up online but couldn’t find anything.

Louisiana has a “special license plate” like you describe for the University of Louisiana/Lafayette:
