Affliction clothing (http://www.afflictionclothingstore.com/store/index.php) commonly uses an upside down fleur-de-lis in their clothing designs. Does anyone know if there is any signifigance to the fleur-de-lis and its orientation?

The fleur de lis is a symbol that was commonly used on coat of arms. Mostly, the French coat of arms. It means ‘lily’ that was used to represent the virgin mary. I guess, the clothing brand ‘affliction’ uses the fleur de lis as a sign of religious reference to show it’s defiance against religion or better yet, it could be a ‘rebel with religious conflicts.’ But th fleur de lis, represented this. There’s more to the story though. Just google it and you’ll find out…:-)
